Ideally located in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, come and relax in this lovely, bright vacation home with its enclosed garden and terrace.
The 55 m² house is well-equipped and very comfortable. It comprises:
On the ground floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen;
- A living room and dining room;
- A separate toilet;
- A terrace.
Upstairs:
- A bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and a large fitted closet with a small desk for working in peace;
- A crib is available.
- A bathroom with a washing machine and dryer;
The terrace and enclosed garden provide safe play areas for children and relaxation areas for adults. At your disposal during your stay: washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, television, barbecue, Internet/Wi-Fi, baby equipment (crib, high chair, bathtub, changing mat, potty, and baby dishes), hairdryer, ironing board, and iron.
All linens are provided, including bed linen, towels, and tea towels. Beds are made upon your arrival.
Energy costs (electricity and water) are included, for reasonable consumption.
So that you can enjoy our beautiful region, a cleaning fee of €80 is offered, payable in cash upon arrival.
If you do not wish to use this option, a detailed list of cleaning items and cleaning supplies will be provided: vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, dish soap, sponges, cleaning products, and window cleaner.
Pets are welcome, provided they are small.
Tenants are required to provide proof of holiday insurance for the end-of-year holidays.

Logement agréable dans un secteur tranquille des hauts de Lannion. Prestations tout à fait conforme à la description et météo conforme à notre chère Bretagne. Valérie est une hôte très attentionnée et attentive au moindre détail. Sommes tout à fait satisfaits de notre court séjour.

Séjour agréable dans cette location. L'hôtesse est accueillante et très disponible. La location est très propre et bien équipée. On y dort au calme.Sa situation permet d'atteindre les plages en un rien de temps et de visiter de nombreux sites d'intérêt.Merci à Valérie de son accueil.

Valérie est très sympathique, l'arrivée comme le départ se font très rapidement et facilement. Avec en bonus un paquet surprise pour le chien (friandises et nœud de corde) !La maison est très agréable et tout fontionne parfaitement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
