Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Ein Parkplatz für jede Wohnung vorhanden.
Die Parkplätze sind sehr schmal. Wenn die Mieter der anderen Wohnungen nicht mitmachen, reicht es nur für 3 Autos.
Das angeblich vorhandene wlan ist praktisch nicht nutzbar. Es ist ein vodafone gigacube, der in einer der Wohnungen steht, der kaum Empfang hat. Es gibt nur zeitweise ein ganz dünnes S...

die nahe Lage zur Altstadt ist sehr angenehm. Kurze Wege zu Fuss zu ansprechenden Restaurants und Boutiquen waren angenehm. Auch die nahe gelegene Hafenmole lud jeden Morgen zu Spaziergängen ein. Der Service hat selbst am Sonntag kurzfristig auf Anfragen geantwortet. Bei Problemen wurde kurzfristig geholfen, daher hier eine Bestnote.

We hadden het appartement op de begane grond. Heerlijk buiten zitten op het terrasje uitzicht op de tuin met de oude bomen. Een geweldige plek in het oude stadje vlakbij de strandpromenade. Als je in de erker zat leek het net of je op een terrasje zat. Heel sfeervol ingericht. Wandelingen kunnen maken vanuit het appartement naar de krijtrotsen en Naturpark Jasmund.
