Loft in Centro – Your Italian Stay in the Heart of Ancona
Tucked away in the historic center of Ancona, Loft in Centro is a bright, thoughtfully designed apartment created for travelers who want to experience Italy in an authentic and relaxed way — without giving up comfort.
Set inside a traditional Italian building, the apartment combines the charm of the old town with a clean, contemporary interior. Natural light, warm tones, and nice details create a welcoming atmosphere that immediately feels like home.
Whether you're stopping on a road trip across Italy or planning a longer stay to explore the Adriatic coast, this is a space designed to be both practical and enjoyable.
The loft is organized to offer comfort, privacy, and functionality, making it suitable for couples, families, or small groups.
A bright living area with a comfortable sofa and space to relax after a day out, a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing breakfast or simple meals, with everything you need for a short or extended stay.
A dining area where you can enjoy meals together or plan your day, a super nice balcony covered for rainy days,
A modern bathroom, clean and well-maintained, with shower and essential amenities
The apartment is designed to make the most of the space, keeping it open and airy while still offering defined areas for living and sleeping.
The apartment comfortably accommodates 6 guests:
Two main rooms with a comfortable double bed
An additional sofa bed in the living area, ideal for children or teenagers.
All beds are prepared with quality linens, and the space is designed to ensure a restful night, even after a full day of exploring.
To make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible, the apartment includes:
Air conditioning
Heating
Fast Wi-Fi, suitable for remote work or streaming
TV
Fully equipped kitchen (cookware, dishes, coffee maker)
Fresh towels and linens
Hairdryer
Washing machine
Everything is set up so you can travel light and feel at home.
If you’re traveling by car, parking is simple and convenient.
You can park right below the apartment on the blue-lined spaces. Parking costs €1.20 per hour from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and it is free on Sundays and public holidays.
We recommend using apps like EasyPark or MooneyGo to manage your parking directly from your phone.
The central location also makes it very easy to explore the city on foot. Right outside your door, you’ll find:
Local cafés and bakeries
Restaurants and small trattorias
Shops and everyday essentials
An enchanting beach (Passetto)
It’s the perfect setting to experience the rhythm of daily Italian life, slow mornings, afternoon walks, and relaxed evenings.
Things to experience during your stay
Ancona is often an unexpected surprise — authentic, not overly crowded, and full of character.
Start your day like a local with a cappuccino and fresh pastry at a nearby café!
Explore the coastline: within minutes you can reach beautiful beaches like Passetto and Portonovo.
Sunset at the Cathedral: walk up to San Ciriaco for breathtaking views over the Adriatic Sea
Food & wine: enjoy fresh seafood, local wines like Verdicchio, and traditional Marche cuisine
Day trips: discover the Riviera del Conero, Sirolo, Numana, or the rolling countryside
For travelers moving through Italy, Ancona is also a perfect and strategic stop between Tuscany and Northern Italy.
Loft in Centro it’s a space I personally take care of, with attention to detail and to the guest experience.
I’m always happy to share recommendations, whether you’re looking for the best local restaurant, a hidden beach, or simply a good place for breakfast.
The goal is to make you feel at home, while helping you discover a more genuine side of Italy.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It was well maintained and had excellent air conditioning (very important to these American travelers!). We had many questions prior to arrival that were promptly, cheerfully, and accurately answered. Thank you!
