A shelter with style in the centre of Mallorca
This elegant holiday home is located in the heart of the charming village of Porreres, one of the most authentic towns in Mallorca - an oasis of tranquillity nestled in the warm atmosphere of a small village known for its cosy cafés, traditional weekly markets and its authentic character.
The house has a wonderful outdoor area: the sparkling turquoise blue swimming pool (6 x 5 m, depth 1.00 - 1.90 m) invites you to cool off on hot days.
It is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for relaxing, an outdoor shower and a cosy barbecue area with a covered dining area, ideal for long summer evenings under the stars.
Lemon and orange trees grow in the garden, filling the air with their aroma and conveying a sense of Mediterranean holidays. Inside, the house is modern, open-plan and flooded with light.
The property, fully air-conditioned, is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor, you will find an elegant living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.
There is direct access to the terrace from the kitchen and living room, as well as an independent laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a bedroom on this level with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and private en-suite bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms await you on the upper floor: one is equipped with a 1.4 m by 2 m bed and air conditioning, perfect for children or friends.
The second bedroom also has a 1.4 m by 2 m bed, air conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe and a modern bathroom with shower.
There is also another bathroom with a bathtub. Porreres itself is a place that touches the soul, traditional, quiet and at the same time lively.
Enjoy a coffee with milk in the square, stroll through the small alleys or discover the surroundings by bicycle.
The central location makes the house the ideal starting point for experiencing Mallorca in all its diversity. A house designed with love that combines modern comforts with Mallorcan charm, for anyone seeking the authentic island feeling. Important notices In the Balearic Islands, a tourist tax called Ecotasa is paid for each guest over 16 years old. Per day and person, from 1 November to 30 April 0.55 euros and from 1 May to 31 October: 2.20 euros. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half.
The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or in cash.
Payment is mandatory. A welcome basket is provided with each booking.
We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, points of interest...) in an online guide so that they can fully enjoy their holidays. 24h availability for any type of query and assistance. This chalet can accommodate babies.
Cot and high chair included upon request at no additional cost. Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight number / boat if applicable) to jointly organize the key delivery. VAT and final cleaning included.

Die Unterkunft war sehr bequem, gut ausgestattet mit allem Notwendigen und ziemlich gross – ideal für Gruppen oder Familien. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: ganz in der Nähe des Hauptplatzes von Porreres, sodass man das Dorf bequem erkunden und die lokale Atmosphäre geniessen kann. Auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert!

The place is charming, with a peaceful and authentic atmosphere – perfect for switching off and enjoying the beauty of Porreres. The house is tastefully decorated, with great attention to detail, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very start. Without a doubt, a place we’d love to return to. Highly recommended!
