There are also 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on this floor.
On the upper floor, we find the master bedroom suite, with its own bathroom, and the remaining bedroom.
It should be noted that the living-dining room and some bedrooms have air conditioning. In the backyard of the house there is a newly built swimming pool, as well as a furnished porch to enjoy the hottest days in the cool shade.
The property also has space in the backyard to park a car (it is advisable to check the measurements beforehand). The beach is less than a two-minute walk away, and the Passeig Marítim de Coma-Ruga is just a few minutes away, where you can find a wide variety of restaurants and bars, as well as enjoy a pleasant stroll at any time of day.
