3 Warke Place consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a sitting room with a Smart TV, electric fire and selection of DVDs. The bedrooms consist of three ground-floor doubles, two with en-suite walk-in showers, basins and WCs (one with Smart TV), and a twin with a TV, along with a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and the beach is 0.6 miles away. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome. Have an escape to Northern Ireland at 3 Warke Place. Note: Steps leading up to the property, please take care. Note: Good Housekeeping Bond of £450.

Great property - quiet, clean & comfortable. Close proximity to a glorious beach was a big bonus. Having tea, coffee, milk & biscuits left for us on arrival was a lovely touch & much appreciated. Excellent hosts.We really enjoyed our stay!
