We had a longer stay due to building work at our house. Owner was extremely helpful and met us at the address and gave us a tour. Property is lovely and has everything you need and is a great location for Dover and Folkestone; as well as other areas of east and south Kent.

House was on very steep hill.
Kitchen was extremely old, with bad stains, old food, smells.
Cupboard very cluttered.
Found rubbish under the bed.
Garden hadn't been maintained and looked messy with furniture on it's side, lawn mower left out etc.
Hot tub had old water and was green.
Rubbish left dow...
