The town is built along the river Var as it flows into the Mediterranean, with the snowy peaks of the Alps in the distance.

It has a lively marina and beautiful stretches of beach.

The town is well-located for guests who want to discover the glamorous Côte d’Azur. The closest beach - Plage de Beach Club is only a 5-minute walk, and guests can walk to other beaches in less than 15 minutes.

There is a boat rental agency on the nearby quayside, where you can hire a boat and head along the coast. Away from the coast, visitors can head up to the Medieval village of St Paul de Vence (25 minutes) and discover this beautiful village which has inspired some of the world’s greatest artists.

Apart from its charming architecture, St Paul de Vence is famous for its art museums as well as its excellent restaurants. The apartment is one road back from the seafront, and close to a wide range of restaurants to suit all budgets.

For self-catering, St Laurent-du-Var’s weekly market, the Marché du Centre-Ville is a treasure trove of the best of local produce, from cheeses to olive oil, vegetables and fruit.

There are several supermarkets 5 minutes from the apartment. Nice airport is just 10 minutes away.

If you are arriving by train then Saint-Laurent-du-Var station is on the coastal line and is a 4-minute drive.
