Nestled in the enchanting setting of the Queyras Regional Natural Park, in the heart of the unspoiled hamlet of Brunissard in Arvieux, Chalet Rochat welcomes you to a warm and authentic atmosphere, ideal for nature and mountain lovers.
Accessible by car in summer (700m from the main road) and by snowshoe or on foot in winter (30-minute walk), luggage transport by snowmobile is available for an additional fee (€55, free for stays of more than 7 days). This family chalet offers a timeless stay, perfect for peace and relaxation. Located on the upper floor of a traditional chalet, the 80m² accommodation sleeps up to 8 people.
It comprises three comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room with a sitting area and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, a bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.
The furnishings blend wood and natural materials in a cozy and functional mountain style.
From the balcony, visitors are treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks, inviting contemplation. The chalet is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi access, and all the necessary equipment for convivial meals (raclette and fondue sets, barbecue in summer). Children and adults alike will appreciate the peaceful surroundings, the absence of traffic, and the direct proximity to nature.
From the chalet, numerous activities are available depending on the season: hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowshoeing, or simply leisurely walks to discover the landscapes and heritage of the Queyras region.
