Located on the heights of the village with a view of the lake and mountains, discover this comfortable house for 7 people just 5 minutes from the centre and its shops.

This magnificent fully-enclosed property is perfect for family holidays: this villa is a family home and therefore has all the necessary facilities.

The lake is around 2 kilometres away!

The house consists of half levels.

On the ground floor you will find a living room with television and fireplace, separate toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with mountain views.

The first level contains 2 bedrooms with double beds and storage for your personal belongings, each of these bedrooms has its own bathroom.

The second level consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with single bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The basement will be ideal for storing your bikes and has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.


Note that a house is under construction in the neighbourhood (the foundations are already completed), so we have opted for nightly prices below market prices in case of noise disturbance during the day.

Linen will be provided for your stay.

Pets are not allowed in the property.

You can park your car in the courtyard


⚠️ Unless otherwise stated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is separate. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.


Saint-Jorioz is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a setting of mountains.

Visit its village, go hiking and enjoy its peace and beaches!


Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.

After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, you will be asked to pay a supplement of €20.

🧳 To guarantee your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases safely


If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
