Tolle kleine Terrasse und das Lokal Dietmanns auf der Marktstraße ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!!!

die Lage mit Blick auf die Isar und den Kalvarienberg
für meinen Geschmack war die Wohnung mit zu viel Deko überhäuft, zwar mitunter hochwertig, aber nicht zusammen passend. Die Terrasse liegt toll, sollte aber mal überholt werden. Durch Sonne und Nässe sind Möbel und Teppiche
nicht mehr so schön. Den Sonnenschirm incl. Ständer würde ich komplett erneuern.
Es fehlte mir an Lichtquellen, um abends z.B. zu lesen.
