The vacation home is located in a beautiful rural area that invites you to relax, hike or cycle. The 198 m² living space offers an exlusively furnished living room in 70s style with WLAN, TV and well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, etc.).

Books and board games for young and old provide a nice pastime in bad weather. The two bedrooms and a gallery adjoining the living area provide plenty of space for up to 7 people to relax.

In addition to the main bathroom, there is another toilet and another shower. The indoor swimming pool is a particular highlight.

Here, the year-round indoor pool with counter-current system, a sauna, a spacious shower and a relaxation room provide plenty of space for swimming, splashing around and relaxing! On nice days, the adjoining terrace with outdoor fireplace invites you to end the day outdoors.

The entire pool area can be closed off separately.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the pool area.

However, they have plenty of space to run around in the outdoor area. The garden boasts a spacious lawn, sandpit and another large terrace, which is partly covered and has a seating area and sun loungers.

Small-scale celebrations are possible by prior arrangement. The surrounding area also has a lot to offer.

There are various restaurants - some with delivery service, supermarkets and pharmacies - within a radius of 10 km. In the village, vending machines with drinks, ice cream and snacks are just a minute's walk away.

It's worth exploring the beautiful countryside, whether it's a bike ride along the Old Canal, a hike to Burgthann Castle or a walk along the Dillberg.

The convenient transport connections also allow for longer excursions, for example to the Nuremberg Zoo, Regensburg or Munich.
