Villa Lion Beach is a spacious and welcoming villa, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.
Situated in a quiet area of Albufeira, it combines comfort, privacy, and proximity to the beaches and main city services.
The large open-plan living area, with a dining space, creates an inviting atmosphere for socialising and relaxation.
On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring additional convenience during your stay.
On the first floor, the villa features three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two single beds en-suite with a bathtub, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed en-suite with a bathtub, and a third bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, perfect for large families or groups who value space and comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the necessary amenities to prepare meals at home with ease.
The villa also boasts a games room with a snooker table and foosball, ideal for fun group moments.
Outside, you will find a private heated pool (additional cost), an outdoor dining area, and a portable BBQ, perfect for enjoying the sunny days and mild evenings of the Algarve.
Located just minutes from the beaches, shops, and restaurants of Albufeira, Villa Lion Beach is the ideal retreat for those seeking rest, leisure, and a prime location.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).
If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if the dates can be accepted.
This property is self-catered.
For added convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children.
With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will consistently be between 5ºC and 8ºC warmer than it would be without heating.
Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location.
However, if you are interested, we would be happy to assist with the booking.
We can also arrange transfers if needed.
Group deposit: €250 Per guest, payable by credit or debit card up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy for this property is for 11 guests.
From the 12th to the 14th guest, an additional charge will apply which includes an extra bed.
In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.

A bright and well-equipped villa that made our stay effortless and relaxing. The games room and outdoor area provided fun for everyone, and the location was convenient for beaches and local amenities. We also appreciated the smooth airport transfer service provided by the company.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious and comfortable villa. The open-plan living area was perfect for relaxing and spending time together, and the pool and outdoor BBQ made our holiday even more enjoyable. We also had a great dinner at Algarbe restaurant.
