Traditional farmhouse with private pool and views of the Serra de Tramuntana – Santa Maria del Camí
Located in a peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of Santa Maria del Camí, Finca Siscelis 063 combines the charm of an authentic Majorcan house with all the amenities necessary to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Mallorca.
Surrounded by nature, with a plot of approximately 7,000 m² and spectacular views of the Serra de Tramuntana, this farmhouse is ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people seeking privacy, rest and a well-connected location.
The property, of around 160 m², is distributed over two floors and has 4 bedrooms.
One of them has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, whilst the other three bedrooms are equipped with single beds.
Two rooms are located on the ground floor and the other two on the upper floor, offering a comfortable and practical layout for all guests. The house has 3 full bathrooms in total: the en-suite bathroom and two additional bathrooms, one on each floor.
One of the bathrooms has a bathtub and the others have showers. The interior spaces are spacious and welcoming.
The lounge offers a comfortable area to relax, with sofas, satellite television, fireplace for the cooler months and Wifi connection throughout the property.
The dining area is integrated with a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking during your stay. To guarantee comfort throughout the year, the farmhouse has air conditioning in all bedrooms and central heating, making it a perfect option for both summer and off-season getaways. Outside, the property invites you to enjoy the Mediterranean climate.
It features a lovely garden with trees and vegetation typical of the island, a spacious terrace with a porch of approximately 100 m², a barbecue area and a pleasant private swimming pool of 4 x 6 metres, perfect for cooling off, sunbathing or sharing outdoor meals with clear views of the mountain and rural landscape. Additionally, the property has private parking with capacity for 4 cars, providing convenience and easy access. Its location is another of its great attractions: it is only 2 km from the centre of Santa Maria del Camí, a charming village known for its restaurants, local shops, wineries and authentically Majorcan atmosphere.
Furthermore, it is less than 25 minutes from Palma and the airport, which allows you to combine tranquillity, nature and good connectivity with the main points of interest on the island. This is a natural and common phenomenon on the island. Santa Maria del Camí is a charming Majorcan village located in the heart of the island, at the foot of the majestic Serra de Tramuntana.
Known for its rich winemaking tradition, it is home to some of Mallorca's finest wineries, making it an ideal destination for lovers of fine wine and local gastronomy. Its traditional architecture, with cobbled streets and historic buildings, reflects its medieval heritage.
Notable are the parish church of Santa Maria, built in the thirteenth century, and the Convent of the Minims, whose cloister is considered one of the most beautiful on the island. Every Sunday, Plaça Nova comes alive with a lively market where you can find local products, crafts and gastronomic delights.
