On the ground floor, the living room opens onto a spacious terrace and then onto the swimming pool with views of the vineyards. A hallway leads to a first bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet, and a staircase leading to another bedroom with a queen-size bed and the laundry room with washer/dryer. Another staircase in the living room leads to the third bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and a television. The triple bedroom also has a separate toilet.
Outside, various spaces (dining, relaxation, etc.) are available on the 200 m² private, enclosed grounds. The private swimming pool (9x3m - depth: 1.40m - secured by an immersion alarm) is open from April to October depending on weather conditions. Parking is available in front of the cottage.
