On the 2nd floor (from the parking lot, small step-free path from the parking lot below, 7 steps to access the gîte). Entrance/hallways with wood stove, living room-kitchen (access by 2 steps from the entrance), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 cm and children's play area), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm + 1 single bed 90x190 cm), bathroom (shower) with washing machine, bathroom (shower + toilet), separate toilet.
Private outdoor space (on the common land shared with other holidaymakers) with garden table and barbecue.
Shared garden and shared heated outdoor swimming pool (on schedule). Private parking.
Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for rental: contact the owners directly.
Pets are welcome upon request, subject to the owners' approval. Just steps from the center of Hauteluce, 300m from the Chozal chairlift, and 7km from the Contamines Montjoie cable car, the "Les Beugris" gîte is ideal for enjoying a mountain vacation all year round.
Located next to the owners' house, they have completely renovated this old family home, which includes three other gîtes. Close to shops and all amenities, what better way to avoid using your car and do everything on foot in both summer and winter!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Hauteluce. Chalet très confortable, accessible et proche de la station des Saisies sans être dans le centre de la station. Hôte très arrangeante et à l'écoute.
