By train, it’s 11 minutes to Duisburg Hbf, 30 minutes to Düsseldorf Hbf, and by car, it’s 20 minutes to Messe Essen, 30 minutes to Messe Düsseldorf.

The Accommodation:
Located in the down-to-earth neighborhood of Ruhrort with typical Ruhrpott charm, we’ve created a practical and centrally located apartment in a charming, listed building (4th floor, no elevator). The apartment is simple yet high-quality and comfortably furnished. The 2 bedrooms offer 3 large double beds (180x200 cm), 2 single beds (90x200 cm), and in the living room, 2 sofa beds (140x200 cm) with high-quality mattresses and toppers – for the best sleep. Allergy-friendly bedding from Schiesser ensures a cozy experience. This apartment is perfect for larger groups, workers, students, trade fair stays, business or private trips.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and regular coffee maker. The living room features a dining table.

Each of the 3 rooms has a dresser for clothes, a fan, and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and TV channels. You can also use your own access to typical streaming services, etc. The entire apartment has 1,000 Mbit Wi-Fi.

The bathroom features a shower tub with a glass cabin, a regular showerhead, and a Grohe rain shower. Shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer are provided. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer, as well as laundry detergent, are available.

Our goal is the highest customer satisfaction: please talk to us if any issues arise or if anything is missing. We provide a small starter kit with tea, milk, sugar, sweeteners, dishwashing and laundry detergents, shower gel, and shampoo so you don’t have to worry about anything at first. Our towels and bed linens come from high-quality hotel suppliers.

Check-in and Check-out:
• Check-In: Anytime from 4 PM

• The house and apartment doors are opened with a code, available 24/7
• Duisburg Karlstr. train station is right outside the door, with trains to Duisburg Hbf in 11 minutes
• Free parking on the street, also for large cars, just 2 minutes walk away. Safe, as it’s opposite a police station

• Only 5 minutes to the nearest highway entrances
• Centrally located in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Messe is only 30 minutes by car

Extra Services:

Smoking is prohibited indoors throughout the property. Pets and parties are not allowed.
The building hallway is monitored by video surveillance, and a noise and cigarette smoke sensor is installed in the apartment (no parties).
