Our holiday home is located in Arandon-Passins, just 5 kilometers from Morestel in the Balcons du Dauphiné, between Lyon, Chambéry, and Grenoble.

It is ideal for a stress-free family holiday or for your business trips.

A spacious living area welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, appliances), a dining area, a living room with a three-seater sofa and armchair, a large-screen TV, a bathroom with two sinks and a large shower, as well as separate toilets.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a mezzanine with two 90x190 beds, accommodating up to 4 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (fiber) with a dedicated workspace for remote work, and air conditioning throughout the house.

A baby cot is available on request.

Outside, you will enjoy a private area with a covered terrace, lawn, garden table and chairs, lounge furniture, and an electric or charcoal barbecue.

Two parking spaces are available on the property at no extra charge.

Pets, smokers, and event celebrations are not allowed.

An automatic check-in system is provided, but we usually welcome you in person.

A garage for motorcycles, bicycles, or a trailer is available upon request.

A jacuzzi is accessible in a dedicated area, available on request and for an additional fee.
