Veel privacy, inrichting prima waar bij zwembad en airco zeer van toepassing waren vanwege soms hoge temperaturen. Faciliteiten (o.a. spelletjes, BBQ) goed op orde voor een fijn en ontspannen verblijf.
Omgeving en uitzicht waren daarnaast ook een plus, evenals ruime keuze aan restaurants in de dorpen in de omgeving.
Afstand tot supermarkten. Dichtbij zijn een paar kleine, ietwat duurdere beschikbaar. Voor echte grote boodschappen moet je eigenlijk naar Velez Malaga, half uurtje rijden.
