Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, bathroom (with shower) and you will be able to take advantage of the residence's 300 m² of green space.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV and sofa - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 single beds - A bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A balcony with sea views, equipped with garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Pets are allowed in the flat On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. - un réfrigérateur neuf était entreposé dans une chambre et nous avons été obligés de le transporter dans la cuisine à la place de l'ancien défectueux qui coulait. Nous avons déposé l'ancien sur le balcon afin de libérer l'accès à notre lit...nous avons 80 ans..Le couvercle de la poubelle est cassé...
