This unique upstairs apartment stands out for its many wooden features and coordinated design, creating a calm and comfortable living environment for guests.
The accommodation
The apartment offers a high standard of living.
It was created by completely renovating a former residential building using high-quality materials, from the external wall insulation system and triple-glazed windows to elegant wood-look tiles, comfortable carpeting in the living and sleeping areas, and integrated underfloor heating.
You won’t have to worry about cold feet, even in winter. Great care has also been taken with the furnishings to make the holiday apartment as cosy as possible. The bed is a solid wood frame, 1.80 m wide, fitted with comfortable mattresses. Whether you’re staying for a short break or a longer holiday, the kitchen offers every convenience.
It is equipped with all the essential appliances, including a fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, French press and kettle, so you can easily prepare a delicious meal in your “home away from home.” If you don’t feel like cooking, the town centre is just a 9-minute walk away, with a wide range of restaurants and snack bars to choose from. Wi-Fi and fast 100 Mbps internet are, of course, available.
Working remotely or connecting your mobile phone, tablet or laptop is no problem. You’ll be staying in a completely new apartment with a distinctive design. Guest access Guests have access to the terrace, which can be reached directly from the holiday apartment.
A parking space is also available in the rear courtyard. Access is via self check-in using a key box. A few days before arrival, I’ll send you a link to a guest guide containing all the essential information. Other important information Guests staying overnight in the Baltic Sea resort of Eckernförde are required to pay a visitor’s tax. This is collected separately on arrival and forwarded to the town of Eckernförde. In return, you’ll receive a Baltic Sea Card, which offers discounts in Eckernförde. Guests staying in Eckernförde for work-related reasons are exempt from the visitor’s tax. Thanks to the accommodation’s proximity to the slipway by the Eckernförde Sailing Club, and the option to park a trailer (including a boat) on the property, it is also a good choice for anglers.
