Tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this charming Breton house invites you to unwind just 1.5 km from the hidden gem of Petit Havre beach. With a spacious, enclosed garden (ideal for families and welcoming one pet), a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings, and three separate bedrooms, this home is perfect for a relaxed getaway with family or friends-whether in summer or winter. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright open kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances, a comfortable living/dining area with a rustic fireplace (wood provided for your first fire), a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, two more bedrooms await: one with a double bed and another with two single beds, along with an additional toilet. The home also features a washing machine, TV, gas heating, and thoughtful outdoor touches including garden furniture, a BBQ, parking, a slide, and a swing set for the little ones. Ideally located between the serenity of the countryside and the pleasures of the sea, the house offers easy access to scenic coastal trails, the stunning cliffs of Plouha, and the lively harbor town of Binic. Whether you're exploring the Côtes-d'Armor's dramatic coastline, enjoying local seafood by the water, or simply reading in the garden under the Breton sky, this home offers the perfect base to experience the authentic beauty of Brittany.
