This beautiful character house located near the port of Cancale offers views of the sea and Mont Saint-Michel.
Access to the house is via an external staircase.
On the 1st floor, an entrance hall leads to: - a fully equipped kitchen - a large, bright and pleasant living room with a decorative fireplace (not in use). - a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed - a bathroom with a shower and toilet On the 2nd floor: - a bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed - a bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds - a bathroom with a corner bathtub and shower - a separate toilet.
Gas central heating On the ground floor: - a storage area for your sports equipment - a washing machine Outside: enclosed grounds with electric gate - a well-kept garden - garden furniture with parasol and barbecue - sun loungers - a charging point for your electric vehicle (slow charging, charged extra) Parking on the property In an exceptional location, with full sea view, this detached house with Cancale character is located at Pointe des Crolles, a 400-meter walk from the port and shops thanks to direct access to the coastal path.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce merveilleux gite cancalais, idéalement situé, finalement décoré et meublé, tout équipé et superbe. La propriétaire a été absolument charmante, nous sommes ravis et avons hâte d'y retourner l'an prochain!
