The living room features a large glass front with a view of the garden and access to the sun terrace.

On cold days, the fireplace makes it wonderfully cozy.

The house has three bedrooms: two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed.

The third bedroom offers a single bed for you.

All bedrooms can be darkened with curtains.

The bathroom with natural light has a walk-in shower with a shower cabin. The "Nurdach" (only-roof) and thatched-roof house settlement at Hohes Ufer is ideally located for a relaxing holiday for everyone who loves a laid-back atmosphere.

The houses are situated between 50 to 350 meters from the natural beach.

Some houses in the first row even have direct beach access.

A short walk will take you to the main bathing beach, restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks along the promenade.

A bakery, a bicycle rental service, and – for the very active guests – a gym can also be found within a 1,500-meter radius.

You can conveniently park your car at the house – and gladly leave it there.

It is best to do everything here on foot or by bike.

Local buses run several times a day for traveling to Heiligenhafen or Fehmarn, making you super flexible. Overall, Großenbrode is a great starting point for all kinds of cycling tours: Heiligenhafen can be reached in just over an hour – a little faster with an e-bike – or you can enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarn Sound Bridge and cycle directly to Fehmarn.
