It is the ideal base for those who love to experience the sea even by boat and decide to stop at the tourist port of Marciana Marina.
A truly special apartment, directly overlooking the port, capable of giving authentic emotions and an indelible memory of your holiday on Elba.
You will be 60 meters from the beach of Feniccia and Feniccetta. Two-room apartment 2/3 beds with panoramic terrace The apartment is on a single floor, the first.

The area is limited traffic (ZTL). Nearby, outside the ZTL, there are both free and paid public parking lots. Services inside the apartment: - electric hobs; TV; fridge with freezer; electric oven; dishwasher; inverter air conditioning; washing machine; terrace with sea view Important Notes: - groups of Young People under 21 years of age are not allowed - check-in from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-in after 20:00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid - pets not allowed - deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm) - bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site Information for key collection: The information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service.
