Our beautiful, approximately 98 sqm non-smoking apartment on two floors is located in the listed Gulfhof Siebelshörn, built in 1855 and lovingly renovated in 2005.
The renovation created 12 residential units, some used privately, others as holiday apartments.
The property is situated in the middle of a bird sanctuary, surrounded by fields and gardens with old trees in the district Dornum-Nesse, near the East Frisian North Sea coast behind the dike.
On the ground floor you will find the living room, the kitchen with dining area, and a large bathroom with toilet, bathtub, and shower.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a sofa bed).
The apartment includes a fenced garden.
For communal use, a sauna, an infrared cabin with relaxation area and cold shower (each available for an extra fee), as well as a foosball table are at your disposal.
The beaches in Nessmersiel, Dornumersiel, Norddeich or Bensersiel with sandy beaches, beach chair rentals, and play areas for children are easily reachable by bike or car.
In the nearby holiday complex in Nessmersiel (approx. 4 km), you will find various restaurants, a bakery, a small supermarket, a fish snack bar, and more.
Further shopping options such as discounters, supermarkets, beverage stores, pharmacies, or butcher shops are available in Dornum or Hage.
In addition to the rental price and cleaning costs, the local guest fee applies, which depends on the travel period and the age of the guests.
Bed linen and towels can be booked optionally.
Towels for swimming pools, the beach, and possibly for the sauna must be brought by you.
