Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this air-conditioned cottage for rent in Locmariaquer, located about 50 meters from the beach, with a surface area of 50 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy an outdoor area of approximately 50 m².
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a beautiful sea view
- A bathroom with shower
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A 20 m² south-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The accommodation is ideally located in Locmariaquer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private parking lot (one private space).
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Auray, approximately 8 miles away
- Nearest airport: Lorient, approximately 35 miles away
Other remarks:
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner
- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15/stay per animal (only one small pet allowed). Please specify this when booking
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use
