La maison et sa localisation
Le ménage n'était pas fait par les locataires d'avant. Plus de gaz dans la bouteille pour utiliser la plancha. L'herbe coupée avant notre arrivée avec un rotofil, il y avait de l'herbe partout sur les murs, terrasse et mobilier. Je préconise aussi certains réglages voir fixation du mobilier intérieu...

Le logement est neuf et très agréable, assez bien équipé et confortable.
Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour à Groix, bien accueillis par l'agence locale.
Le prix, un peu élevé, pourrait inclure le ménage et une connexion wifi.
