This charming house includes: Ground Floor: - Living/dining room with a wood-burning stove, ideal for cozy evenings without a television - Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher - Bright veranda with board games - Beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying peaceful moments outdoors - A garden at the front of the house with sea views - A comfortable bedroom with a 140x200cm bed First Floor: - Bathroom with a bathtub - Master bedroom with a 160x200cm bed - Inviting bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed that can be converted into a 80x200cm single bed Ideal for families or gatherings with friends. CLEANING INCLUDED Non-smoking accommodation All beds are equipped with duvets and pillows. Please note: Bed linen/household linen is not provided (rental available). Pets are welcome for an additional €4 per night. IMPORTANT: If arriving on WEDNESDAY/SUNDAY/PUBLIC HOLIDAY: Keys will be handed over via a secure lockbox, subject to payment of the tourist tax and security deposit at least 7 days in advance.
