This air-conditioned villa of 80 m² consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom, two toilets, and can accommodate up to six people.
You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi, a projector for TV, a sound system, as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot can be provided upon request. The villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool, a garden with many relaxation areas, barbecue, covered terrace, two balconies upstairs, and a storage room for motorbikes and bicycles.
Situated near the Étang de l'Or, a protected natural site known for its wildlife and flora, it offers a peaceful retreat in a picturesque setting. Public transport is within walking distance and a parking space is available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
One pet is allowed (available for an extra fee). Smoking is not permitted inside.
An electric vehicle charging station is available (service offered for an extra fee). The hosts own a boat and can organize a day trip at sea with a skipper, to discover a secluded beach or go fishing, with the possibility to observe dolphins.

De gastheer en gastvrouw waren erg vriendelijk, onze hond was ook welkom. Er was AC in het huis watverg fijn was tijdens de extreme hitte. Ook hebben we veelgebruik gemaakt van het kleine verwarmde zwembadje (30 graden)
Het huis voelt direct als een thuis, het dorpje Mauguio is erg leuk, er is ee...
Als klein minpuntje kunnen we vermelden dat er in de slaapkamer beneden geen AC was, deze was echter wel op de begane grond dus wanneer je met de deur open ging slapen voelde je wel wat koelte.
Ik persoonlijk slaap graag onder een dekbed, er lagen enkel lakens op het bed, de gastvrouw gaf aan dat ...
