ANNEX:
- Completely independent, adjoining the main house but in a separate annex, a bedroom for two people with a 160x200 cm bed, private shower, sink, and WC. Access is via an external entrance and then through the laundry room.
OUTDOORS:
- Professional 5-person hot tub (2 loungers and 3 seats) located outside under a shelter (available year-round upon request). Photos coming soon.

Très bon gîte, très propre et au calme.Un petit problème de fermeture de la porte d'entrée réparée dès le lendemain par le propriétaire. Merci pour sa réactivité et son accueil. A quelques minutes de la Roche Bernard et da la Vilaine. Ne pas hésiter à visiter Le Croisic, Pénestin, la Baule...Je recommanderais ce gîte sans problème.
