2 apartments in a newly renovated semi-detached house, quiet location with a well-maintained park-like garden, conservatory, large sunbathing lawn, and play area.
Good shopping facilities at a shopping center approximately 1000 meters away.
Fishing opportunities at Menzerather Weiher.
Optimal starting point for hiking (e.g., Eifelsteig) and cycling tours (Vennbahnradweg, Ruruferradweg).
To get to the Vennbahnradweg or back to the apartment from there, there are no inclines, and the access point at the Ruruferradweg from Menzerath in Monschau Grünental is very close.
Great for enjoying a hiking holiday with a couple of friends.
The two apartments can be combined for a stay.
After eventful sightseeing, hikes, cycling and car tours, relax, listen to the birds, and yet be conveniently located to the old town, national park, High Fens, wilderness trail, and neighboring countries.
The apartments and kitchens are fully equipped; ground floor with conservatory, upper floor with gallery.
All inclusive! From January 1, 2026, a tourist tax of €2.50 per night per person will apply.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 2:00 PM. (Phone arrangement is appreciated.) On the day of departure, the apartment should be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Directions: B258 towards Monschau - Imgenbroich district, at the end of Imgenbroich turn left, Grünentalstr., Erlenweg to the center of Menzerath, and on the left turn right into the alley to house 25.

Für jeden der gerne abseits der Stadt ist ein toller Ort

Zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Stadt und auch direkt in der Natur. Sobald der Wanderwege betreten wird hört man keine Autos oder Menschen mehr (Ausnahme der anderen wanderer)
