From 5 people onwards, an additional wing in the basement with 2 bedrooms and an extra bathroom is available.

The bike path is just a few meters away and offers perfect routes for cycling enthusiasts. The house has a covered terrace of approx. 20 sqm, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over the entire Rurtal valley of Dedenborn. Enjoy the amenities of our non-smoking house: A private garden for relaxed sunbathing, a terrace for convivial evenings, as well as satellite TV and WiFi for your entertainment.
For our little guests, we provide a crib and a high chair, so the whole family can feel comfortable. As a partner of Eifel Tourismus GmbH, we are competent to assist you in planning your activities.
Our car parking space and bicycle storage ensure a stress-free arrival.
And if you need fresh laundry, using the washing machine is easily possible. Don't miss the opportunity to create unforgettable memories at Ferienhaus Braun! Bed linen, towels, utilities, and final cleaning included. Overnight stays under 3 nights available upon request.

Weekly rate up to 4 people: € 698.00 plus tourist tax of Simmerath municipality 5% (€ 34.90) Each additional person: € 145.00 plus tourist tax of Simmerath municipality 5% (€ 7.25) If the entire house is used by fewer than 5 people (4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), an additional charge of €80/week will be applied! Pets only upon request. Arrival: from 3:00 PM Departure: until 11:00 AM Directions: Via Aachen, Roetgen towards Monschau, immediately left at the entrance to Konzen onto L106 towards Simmerath, follow L106 for approx. 12 km until the entrance to Dedenborn, turn right into Waldstraße, immediately turn left again. Via Euskirchen/Gemünd/Schleiden towards Einruhr, turn left 2 km behind Einruhr onto L106 towards Dedenborn, follow the road for approx. 3.5 km, turn left into Waldstraße, immediately turn left again.

Es kam uns sehr entgegen, dass die Wohnung über 2 Stöcke verteilt war und sehr geräumig. Das Wohnzimmer hatte Platz für verschiedene Aktivitäten und die Küche war viel- und gerne genutzt. So haben wir unsere 3-Generationen-Urlaubstage vor Weihnachten gut nutzen können.
Es war eine schöne Homebase mit wunderbarem Ausblick, um die Eifel-Gegend kennenzulernen. Vielen Dank!

Met ons zessen hebben we kunnen genieten van de mooie omgeving om bij terugkomst in Ferienhaus Braun heerlijk op het balkonterras uit te rusten onder het genot van een drankje/eten. Lekkere bedden, brandschoon huis dat van bijna alle gemakken is voorzien: onze perssinaasappels misten een (hand)persautomaat :-)
