The spacious, comfortably furnished vacation apartment (85 sqm) for 2 to 4 people, with a view of the Hohes Venn, is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Monschau/Kalterherberg, close to the forest.
It features a roof terrace with panoramic views of the Hohes Venn, ample parking spaces at the house, and storage facilities for bicycles inside the house. WLAN (WiFi) and charging facilities for e-bikes are free of charge. Bed linen and additional costs (final cleaning, energy costs, etc.) are included. Our guests' e-bikes can be charged free of charge. One hand towel and one bath towel are provided for each guest. Pets are not allowed.
We appreciate your understanding. For stays shorter than 4 nights, please inquire directly with the landlord. As of January 1, 2026, a tourist tax of €2.50 per night per person will be levied. Arrival at 3:00 PM. Note: Arrival should ideally be at 3:00 PM. Earlier or later arrival times can be arranged by phone in advance. Departure by 10:00 AM. Arrival via B 399 to Monschau/Kalterherberg, in the village take the third road right towards Mützenich (approx. 1 km). Observe speed limits! There are numerous mobile and stationary speed checks in the Aachen district.
