This beautiful 48 m² holiday apartment offers a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed (1.6m x 2.0m), satellite TV, a separate kitchen with coffee maker and dishwasher, microwave, and oven, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet.
The market square is a 3-5 minute walk away.
The property includes its own parking space, which is rather an exception in Monschau.
Upon arrival, you will find extensive information material about the region. The holiday apartment is located in the former silk factory's director's house.
It features a combined living and sleeping area, a bathroom with shower/toilet, a separate kitchen, and a garden terrace.
The living room has a sofa bed (1.6m x 2.0m).
To sleep there, the table must be moved aside.

Schönes Appartment mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, großes Bad, alles sehr sauber. Gemütliche Zimmer. Super Lage direkt in der Altstadt mit kostenlosem Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Sehr gute Kommunikation vor Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes. Tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
