This beautiful 48 m² holiday apartment offers a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed (1.6m x 2.0m), satellite TV, a separate kitchen with a coffee machine and dishwasher, microwave, and oven, as well as a bathroom with shower/toilet.
The marketplace can be reached on foot in 3-5 minutes. The property includes its own parking space, which is rather an exception in Monschau. Upon arrival, you will find extensive information material about the region. The holiday apartment is located in the directors' house of the former silk factory.

Schönes Appartment mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, großes Bad, alles sehr sauber. Gemütliche Zimmer. Super Lage direkt in der Altstadt mit kostenlosem Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Sehr gute Kommunikation vor Anreise und während des Aufenthaltes. Tolle Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
