This apartment, located on the ground floor of the residence, consists of an entrance hall, a sleeping area with bunk beds for two people and a small window, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two people, an equipped kitchen area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
The residence is located halfway between the village of Praz-sur-Arly (about 300 metres on foot) and the ski slopes (approximately 600 metres).
The new swimming lake, open in summer, is only 450 metres from this holiday rental.
This apartment is classified as a 1-star furnished tourist accommodation.
You will have a designated outdoor parking space and a private ski locker.
The spacious terrace offers a beautiful view of the ski slopes.
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.

Appartamento molto carino, arredato stile chalet di montagna, dotato di un ampio balcone sul quale poter mangiare comodamente o rilassarsi guardando la vista panoramica sulle verdi colline. L'host gentile e disponibile.

Le logement est très bien situé et bien équipé mis à part quelques petites choses ; couverts d’un autre temps dans la cuisine, une seule poêle et une seule casserole, pas de passoire… quelques détails qui peuvent être facilement corrigés.
