Apartment zentral gelegen in der Fußgängerzone mit diversen Lokalen, Cafe´s, Kultur und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Weihnachtsmarkt ist im Winter nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, ebenso Bahnhof, Hafen und Seepromenade (etwa 900m). Der Pfänder mit der Bahn ist quasi um die Ecke.
