It is furnished with, amongst others, a tasteful glass-topped dining table, a couch set held in maritime colors and an elegant fireplace.

The room radiates the feel-good atmosphere which makes it easy to relax, to let the evening fade away with a glass of wine in hand,.... The well appointed kitchen (incl. dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove, oven) is accessible from the hallway and the dining area. The holiday home has got two bedrooms (double bed and air conditioning each), where charming canopies and solid wooden furniture create a tasteful ambience, and two bathrooms (shower/WC/bidet each). Casa dello Zio Alferio features air conditioning units in all the rooms, which makes it suitable for a stay all year round, SAT-TV, WiFi and washing machine; a children’s bed and highchair can be provided.

Parking is available on the fenced property. SPACIOUS OUTDOOR AREA – It easy and wonderful to spend time and make yourself comfortable in the spacious outdoor area. In front of the entrance to the house, there is what might rightly be called "outdoor living space": The open veranda with two charming sets of seating accommodations is a lovely spot for a leisurely breakfast in the morning and to enjoy whatever you have prepared on the grill in the evening. The furnished sea view terrace in front of the house is a wonderful spot to watch the sun set.

The tall, old trees in front of the terrace offer natural shade.

The lovely pavilion in the garden is furnished with a table and chairs.

The sea, a small sandy beach and the center of picturesque San Marco di Castellabate are about 300 m off.

And if you feel like playing tennis: It takes you only a few minutes to walk to the local tennis court. Restaurant "Quasi In Porto" near the harbor and also within walking distance is open year-round and almost every day for lunch too.

The lovely bar next-door offers small snacks and is the perfect place for an aperitivo. Small grocery stores, tabacchi and more restaurants are found at the church square and in the small alleys around the square.

You should also stop by Bar and Caffetteria Torretta at the entrance to the village (at the roundabout).

The sweet pastries in the glass display counter are really hard to resist.
