It includes a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
You will enjoy a large garden surrounding the house.
Kitchen equipment: oven, Senseo coffee machine... Sleeping arrangements: one queen-size bed (160 cm). Leisure equipment: garden furniture, deck chairs, TV... Train station: 6.3 km, Rochefort thermal baths 15 minutes away.
TO BE PAID upon arrival: security deposit of €500 for the rental, €70 for cleaning, and tourist tax. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: bed linen €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week, set of 2 bath or beach towels €12 per week, set of 2 bath mats €7 per week, kitchen linen (2 tea towels and 2 hand towels) €7 per week.
Cleaning: €70. The rental is granted for a stay which begins on the day of arrival from 4:00 [hidden] and ends on the day of departure at 10:00 [hidden] at the latest. Fouras and its five fine sandy beaches, its forts, Fort Boyard and oyster farming... The islands: Aix, Madame, Oléron and Ré. Fouras and a little further, Palmyre and its zoo, Saintes, the Marais Poitevin... You will be totally seduced.
