You can enjoy its large sunny terrace overlooking the unheated swimming pool (5x2) open from 1 May to 30 September. Set off to conquer all the wonders of the Basin! With a surface area of 130 m², the house can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The villa has been designed so that everyone can relax and make the most of their holiday! The accommodation is arranged as follows: - A beautiful living room with lounge and dining area, open-plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace and sunny garden. - A functional open-plan kitchen with a central island will allow you to prepare your best specialities, and to relax in the lounge area with sofas and TV. - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed 140x200 - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed 140x200 - Two bathrooms, one with bath and the other with shower - Separate WC - Bedroom 3: Master suite with king-size bed (180x200), large dressing room and shower room with walk-in shower and WC The entire villa is equipped with electric shutters. Outside: The terrace awaits you with table and plancha to enjoy the days and evenings with family or friends! The garden and sun loungers around the pool are waiting for you! - Unheated swimming pool open from May to 30 September There's also a pétanque court for evenings out with friends or family! (Don't forget to bring your pétanque balls!) We love: its style, its spirit, the layout of the rooms and the spaciousness of the functional kitchen! Ideas for walks : - Le Teich Ornithological Reserve - Arcachon Zoo, route de Cazaux, for a day of relaxation and a change of scenery - Aqualand in Gujan (10 minutes' walk) - Typical market in La Teste on Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays, the covered market, but also many market gardeners outside, organic produce, cheese from the Pyrenees, preserves, foie gras, shoes, clothes, etc., guaranteed atmosphere, with a glass of white wine or coffee at the end. - Arcachon's famous covered market - Dune du Pyla 9 km away - Andernos-les-Bains 40 km away (53 minutes by car) - Bordeaux 66 km away (50 minutes by car) Public transport : - La Hume station 10 minutes by car, hourly trains to Bordeaux, 40-minute journey - Arcachon station 6 km away - Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops along the way. Nous avons apprécié le système de climatisation, la terrasse où nous avons pu petit-déjeuner, déjeuner et diner. La maison est située dans un quartier très calme et reposant.
Nous avons bénéficié de la piscine et du jacuzzi malgré les contraintes liées aux bâches à remettre après chaque utilisation.
