The property is located inside the Aldiola residence, in Porto Rotondo, in an ideal setting for holidays, with reserved parking space and access to the shared swimming pool. A perfect base for discovering the splendid beaches of the area.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony.

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, moka, kettle, wine glasses and other kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, toilet and bidet;
- BALCONY (access from the living room) with outdoor table and chairs and sun lounger.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: portable fan, clothes horse and hairdryer.
Inside the residence there is a reserved parking space, uncovered and also suitable for large vehicles.

The swimming pool, for shared use, is accessible from June 1st to September 30th and open every day from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The lifeguard service is available from June 15th to September 15th

El alojamiento estaba perfecto pero en agosto hace demasiado calor y humedad en Porto Rotondo, me parece indispensable aire acondicionado. Aunque el alojamiento indicaba en su anuncio que no tenía, solo es una sugerencia. Lo demás estaba perfecto, la ubicación un 10 👌🏼
