Charming apartment of about 70 sqm, able to accommodate up to 5 people, located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
The property is located inside the Aldiola residence, in Porto Rotondo, in an ideal setting for holidays, with reserved parking space and access to the shared swimming pool.
A perfect base for discovering the splendid beaches of the area.
The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a veranda.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothes horse and hairdryer.
Inside the residence there is a reserved parking space, uncovered and also suitable for large vehicles.

The swimming pool, for shared use, is accessible from June 1st to September 30th and open every day from 9:30 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The lifeguard service is available from June 15th to September 15th PLEASE NOTE: - The building does NOT have a lift; therefore there are steps to climb.
Waste Management (Mandatory) During their stay, guests must dispose of daily waste, separating it correctly and placing the bins outside the property on the days indicated in the schedule.
In the city, there are no public bins or recycling centers; instead, door-to-door collection is carried out, so only small amounts of already separated waste can remain inside the house.
Failure to comply with local regulations will result in a penalty of EUR 150.00 being applied to the guest. 7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal and to pay the Tourist Tax. This procedure is used to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Aloggiati Web" which is the Italian procedure for accommodating guests in Italy.

La ubicación era excelente, el salon precioso, más bonito que en las fotos, la plaza de parking básica y la piscina genial.
El baño era muy pequeño, aunque limpio. Las camas no eran muy cómodas.

The apartment was great! It was very spacious and in a good location. A supermarket in a walkable distance and the pool was very clean too. Would recommend :)
