Welcome to Domaine du Tenchou, a haven of peace nestled in the heart of the Lot countryside, located in the commune of Baladou.
This magnificent estate, full of character, can accommodate up to 14 people, making it ideal for family vacations, getaways with friends, or peaceful group stays.
The estate consists of several independent houses, offering both conviviality and privacy.
The main house is the heart of the estate: spacious and warm, it features a living area where everyone can gather to share meals, relax, or enjoy lively evenings.
A second house, designed for 5 people, also has its own kitchen, a shower room, and comfortable spaces, perfect for a family or small group desiring a bit more independence.
The third house, more intimate, accommodates 2 people with a small bedroom and a private shower room.
Outside, a vast wooded garden surrounds the estate, a true green sanctuary to explore.
You will find a private swimming pool, as well as numerous outdoor games for all ages: a swing, a ping-pong table, etc.
Domaine du Tenchou is a place conducive to relaxation and the discovery of nature, an idyllic setting to recharge while enjoying the riches of the Lot, just a few minutes from essential tourist sites.
In the main house: an open-plan kitchen leading to a dining area for 16 people, a lounge area, a bedroom on the ground floor (160cm bed), a laundry room, a shower room, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160cm bed, the other with bunk beds and 2 single beds of 90cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
In the second house: a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a 160cm bed and the other with bunk beds and a 90cm bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
In the last house: a small house with a 160cm bed and its shower room with toilet.
Private swimming pool (from June to September), secured by a cover and a barrier, terrace.
