The house is distributed over 3 floors and is accessed through the terrace on the main facade.

On the ground floor, large living room with large window, full kitchen with high table for 6 people and toilet.

On the first floor, two double bedrooms, one with private bathroom and both with large windows with thermal control.

On the ground floor there is a bedroom that occupies the entire floor with two single beds and a seating area with TV.

The house is located in a quiet area of Poo, a village known for its proximity to the town of Llanes and the beach of Poo.

In the village there are several restaurants, cider bars where you can have meals and a small shop where you can buy food. In the tourist town of Llanes, 2km away, we have all the services. We can reach Poo by bus and train.

The nearest beaches are those of Poo, Llanes and Celorio. Beaches of fine white sand where you can surf (such as San Martín, San Antolín de Bedón and Andrín) and calm waters to enjoy with the little ones, such as Poo. The municipality has more than 30 beaches in less than 50km of coastline.

From Poo we can make excursions to Picos de Europa in just half an hour by car and to the Asturian coast and cities like Oviedo, Gijón and Santander just 1 hour by car.

In Poo we can rent bikes and contact surf companies to rent equipment or hire a course of any level.
