For a pleasant stay, you will find all modern comforts and everything is new: dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, 1 filter coffee maker and 1 espresso, kettle, toaster, blender, electric chopper. Free Wi-Fi and 2 connected TVs with pre-downloaded applications and accessible with your own username and password (Canal+, Netflix, M6+, TF1+, Youtube etc...).
For your rest, a spacious bedroom of 15 m2 with new and comfortable bedding of hotel quality consists of a bed 160x200 and a bed 90x190, opening onto a small balcony, equipped with a large dressing room and a small desk to put your PC or tablet or even TV to work in peace. Communication between the bedroom and the other rooms is by 2 steps. A 3rd bed is available in the living room either a sofa bed "rapido" 140x190, Diva major French brand of quality.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, changing mat, bath.

Access to the cottage is from the car park, by a small climb of 18 m and by the private wooden terrace and 3 steps.

Our new cottage Les 4 Restanques (classified as a 3* furnished tourist accommodation) renovated in 2025, wood frame interior and wood wool insulation offering acoustic and thermal comfort, is located in an old farmhouse of more than 200 years, facing south-facing mountainside and located on the heights of Chorges at an altitude of 1150 m (about 5 minutes by car from the city centre and 10 minutes by car from the beaches) in a charming and peaceful residential hamlet.
- A large common annex room on the ground floor with washing machine, dryer, documentation.
For your information, if you wish to go with several people (family or friends) it is possible to rent a 2nd gîte ad 961442, Le Fontanil, located on the ground floor.
Location & surroundings
Chorges is an ideal destination, which benefits from a very famous market on Sundays, with many shops and restaurants and which also has an idyllic environment with about 5 minutes away its 2 Blue Flag beaches -Baie St Michel with a view of the very popular St Michel chapel in the middle of the lake, supervised beach with floating water park, sailing school, pedal boat, rowing, canoeing, boat rental, water skiing...- https://www.serreponcon.com/les-villages-de-serre-poncon/chorges/la-baie-saint-michel/ - Bay of Chanteloube with its viaduct that drowns as the level of the lake rises - https://www.serreponcon.com/lac-de-serre-poncon/les-incontournables-du-lac/le-viaduc-de-chanteloube/ - and its beach of Trémouilles equipped with regulated access to cars and also many water activities such as cycling on the water - Paddle - https://www.serreponcon.com/les-villages-de-serre-poncon/chorges/la-baie-de-chanteloube/
