The Marais Breton (Breton Marsh) offers its treasures during a stay in this authentic bourrine, a traditional thatched cottage of the region.
Discover this natural area through the Le Daviaud Ecomuseum (4 km) or the Bourrine à Rosalie (7.3 km). You will have the opportunity to visit Fromentine (6.5 km) to enjoy the beach, the ferry terminal for the Île d'Yeu, and the bridge to the Île de Noirmoutier.
You can also reach the latter by crossing the famous Passage du Gois (10 km). This single-story house comprises a living room with a decorative fireplace, a kitchen, a shower room/WC, a lounge with a decorative wood-burning stove and a 160 cm sofa bed, as well as a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (access to the bed via one step). Outside, you'll enjoy a private enclosed garden bordering a tidal creek, with a gravel terrace, picnic table, wood-fired barbecue, and sun loungers.
You'll also have access to a shared enclosed parking area with another gîte. A children's play structure is also available.

Continue for approximately 2 km, then turn right onto La Boissellerie.
The gîte is 400 m on your left. Coming from Saint-Urbain, take the D103 towards La Barre-de-Monts, until you reach the intersection with the D51. At the stop sign, turn left and then immediately right onto La Boissellerie.
