Generous bedroom with double bed and sofa bed (suitable for children up to 12 years old), large wardrobe.
Daylight bathroom with rain shower.

Open-plan kitchen with dining area, oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and egg boiler.
Dishes, kitchen utensils, as well as coffee and tea accessories are provided.
A selection of beverages is available upon request.
Adjoining the kitchen is a bright living room with a welcoming couch, TV, and radio.
Bed linen, shower/and bath towels are provided.
The costs for water/electricity consumption, heating, and final cleaning are included in the price.
Please leave the apartment broom-clean.
