LAYOUT:

Ground floor:
Entrance with a small study area with two desks, a terrace with views, and stairs leading to the main level

First floor:
- Living room and dining room, with access to a balcony that connects to the patio. In the living area, there are board games available and Apple TV
- Fully equipped independent kitchen with access to the garden and a small toilet
- Bedroom 1: double bed and chest of drawers
- Bedroom 2: double bed and wardrobe
- Bedroom 3: two single beds
- Bathroom: complete with shower, double sink and bidet

THE Garden:
Porch with gas barbecue, outdoor dining table, three sun loungers, large parasol, natural fruit trees and a saltwater pool

Second floor:
Bedroom 4: Suite with double bed and bathtub, a small desk, and access to an exterior balcony at the top of the stairs. There is no door connecting directly to the outside

*Wi-Fi is available
*Parking is not accessible but it is possible to park in front of the house.

Casa Soto house is exclusive to its guests.

Please clean after yourselves if using the barbecue.

Guests should contact us in advance to inform us of their expected arrival time to arrange their welcome with us!
We always try to accommodate, but it will depend on availability in the high season.

We give independence to our guests, but we are available if they need us.
We like to be able to meet our guests and offer them recommendations.

We always need to arrange our meeting in advance in the accommodation.
In the high season, the arrival time must be noted as early as possible.
On dates such as F1, MotoGP and Saturdays in July and August, many arrivals usually coincide.

DURING THE WELCOME AND DELIVERY OF KEYS

- Explanation of the rules, considerations and instructions for the house, along with recommendations for enjoying the surroundings.
- Explanations for check-out. (Departure).

- City tax: must be paid upon arrival in cash or by credit card.
Cost of tourist tax: € 1 per person and every night, maximum 7 nights and only for people over 16 years old

- Deposit: will be made upon arrival through credit card pre-authorization.

- Signature of the house rules.
- Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.

HOUSE RULES

- It is not available to groups under 25 years old.



- The Rental Contract of the property for Tourist Season will be accepted upon reservation and will be signed before the closing ceremony.



- Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by pre-authorization with a credit card.



- All persons making the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity card. They will be requested before and during the welcome.



- During your stay, minors must always be supervised by an adult; they are the sole responsibility of their parents/guardians.



- It is also necessary to remove the garbage periodically to avoid odors and brutality. There are containers in the street, very close to the house.



- Between all of us we have to respect and preserve the resources we have. If you please, avoid waste and negligent use of resources.

Waste, abusive consumption, or negligent use of electricity, water, and gas is not included and can be deducted from the deposit.



IT'S NOT ALLOWED

- Host or invite more people than those registered on the reservation form.



- Perform noisy activities (music, loud conversations...) from 21:00 and before 09:00 in the morning.
It is very important to respect the rest of our neighbours.



- Organize events, parties, and bachelor parties, as well as any inappropriate behaviour.


- Use bath towels for the beach or pool. The return of these in poor condition will incur an additional cost.

We have a service to rent pool/beach towels.



- Guests are not allowed to smoke inside the house; if they wish, they can smoke in the exterior spaces of the property.
In this case, use ashtrays and respect the garden areas, terraces, and/or balconies.



- Electric vehicles cannot be charged using the house power



- Groups of students are not allowed.


- No pets are allowed



IN CASE OF BREACH OF ANY OF THE RULES, THE HOUSE MUST BE LEFT





We are very strict with the rules because the houses we help manage are not located in tourist areas. Properties in the urbanizations very quiet and we want (we need) to preserve the coexistence between visitors and residents.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE TOWN

The house is located in Argentona, a charming Mediterranean village with strong modernist influence, known for its ceramics fair and traditional water jugs.

The town maintains a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, offering a wide range of activities for all tastes: gastronomic experiences, local museums, and mountain trails that can lead, if desired, to the iconic Burriac Castle.

The neighboring town, Mataró, has a shopping center with a cinema, shops and restaurants for every taste, and it’s just 10 minutes away by car. Mataró is a coastal city, the capital of the Maresme region, and offers all necessary services, as well as a long beach with excellent restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish and paella.

Argentona is located in the Maresme region and is well connected by highway, main road and bus. It is just 20 minutes by car from the Montmeló Circuit, where the Formula 1 Grand Prix takes place.

Just 1 hour by car from Argentona, you’ll find the beautiful city of Girona, another popular tourist destination known for its historic old town and its rich cultural and gastronomic offerings, as well as the iconic beaches of the Costa Brava.




HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA
PRIVATE TRANSPORT
The house requires access to a private car to move around. You can approach the town centre by car, where parking is free, and from there take public transport to Barcelona if wished.

PÚBLIC TRANSPORT
Different services and lines connect Argentona with the surroundings and Barcelona

- Taxi: There is a regular TAXIS service.
All services must be booked in advance.
We have the contact of a taxi driver of our confidence in case you want to arrange your transfer to and from the airport in advance.

- Bus: Day and night services.
Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.

- Train: The nearest train station is Cabrera de Mar
The route to Plaça Catalunya lasts up to 40 minutes.



BARCELONA
It is about 25 minutes by car.
Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city.

IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.
