In the tastefully and lovingly furnished holiday home "Lazy Days", you will find a spacious living room with a fireplace.
The cozy living area features a sofa with a view of the large TV, as well as a dining table, also with a TV. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and leaves nothing to be desired.
One of the 3 bedrooms has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The other two bedrooms each have 2 single beds, and one of these bedrooms also has an additional TV. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a walk-in shower.
The terrace is partially covered. 3 parking spaces are available directly on the property. Note: The house has 4 outdoor cameras connected to the alarm system, which is only switched on when not rented.
There is no video surveillance of guests. Pets are not allowed. A small note for our guests: Bed linen & towels are not included, but can be booked for a fee. Latest news: Unfortunately, the stairs to the cliff path are temporarily closed by the municipality for safety reasons.
The main staircase remains freely accessible.

Enjoy the direct proximity to the beach and the mystical "Gespensterwald" (Ghost Forest) – a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan with its Minster, summer toboggan run, and spa museum offer diverse excursion destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3 km long natural beach of Nienhagen and the picturesque cliff coast are just a few minutes' walk away. The Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the "Blue Flag" for excellent water quality on multiple occasions.
