The holiday villa is situated in a tranquil area surrounded by lush greenery. In the surroundings, you will find countless walking routes and an endless network of cycling routes through the woods and fields. Walk or cycle, for example, along the Molsemenn, a vast network of lakes, ponds and canals where you can also swim, sail or go supping. Or discover the area from the air by taking a gliding flight at Aeroclub Keiheuvel. Nearby, you will also find many cosy local restaurants and cafés


On Sunday, Easter Monday and Whit Monday the departure time is at the latest at 14:00 hours at this holiday home.
Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
This accommodation is rented only to family groups.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
The holiday home is situated on the same property as the house of the homeowner.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
